3 hours, 445 parts. The worst part was threading the string through the little holes though.
I'm sure there will be many more Christmas related assembly projects in my future.

Oh wow! I had, er I mean, my son had one of those for Christmas too. It's a really beautiful piece. I particularly enjoyed the autowindback on the winch, not quite strong enough to reel in the liferaft though. We've lost the rescue chaps flippers already.
